hello, I'm desperately trying to find out what's happening with my direct debit payment to you. the original payment due on the 1st of the month was not paid by the bank because insufficient funds the sum it was short by 45p. I am totally fed up with this bank its the second time its happened because of covid 19 my money is late coming into the bank. Lloyds bank gives this helpful banking on tv but I don't find any help at the moment. the money is there for you to take my direct debit payment, please take it, I'm so sorry about this & need to talk to the bank about this problem so it does not happen again in the future once again I'm sorry your pet Jordan.
