I recently purchased a seniors Coachcard and tried to book a coach trip but there was no option to use the card to apply the discount.
Therefore I have had to pay full price for the booking.
How can I get a refund of the difference and how do I use it in the future.
I have booked 7th July from Bham to Plymouth and return on 10th July
