I am trying to find a costumer service nb that I can call to talk to someone about the charges in my account For the same trip I have payed sometimes double or even more and I want to know why and I really would like to be refund because that is a rip off I’m not happy at all Plus it seams that the drivers are taking long routes deliberatly in order to work less and charge you more. Really unprofessional
