I have tried to pay the fine through all the methods your notification recommends. 1.No payzone has been able to scan the bar code-tried three separate outlets. 2.The on line eflow is not functioning. 3.Spent 32 mins today and over 40 mins yesterday trying to get through to 'customer service'' and to no avail-even though the call was put through at 8am. 4.At this stage I think maybe contacting liveline and J.Duffy might be the only way open to me to pay this fine.
